How to Prepare

Our interview processes, cases and focus differ depending on the position you are applying for. Our HR Team will provide you with specific information on the next steps and how to prepare during the interview process.

General tipps:

• Scroll through our homepage to understand the differences across teams, get to know our investment philosophy and take a look at our portfolio company overview.
• Show your entrepreneurial drive – this does not need to be in a professional context, we want to understand what you are passionate about.
• Engage with your interviewer and show us who you are – we want to get to know you.

During the interview, you will work on a simple financial model as part of a case study. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the development process of renewable energy projects before the case interview. The case study will give you the opportunity to see what a working day at Pelion Green Future could look like.

General tipps:

• Listen to the interviewer and clarify questions to fully understand the problem of the case.
• Develop an initial hypothesis and a structured framework, demonstrate business judgement and discuss your approach with the interviewer.
• Be transparent throughout your thought processes to prove your analytical skillset.
